No Return Policy
At Roota, we strive to ensure you love every product you purchase. However, please note that we do not accept returns. All sales are final.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at officialroota@gmail.com so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it appropriately.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on personal care items, including beauty products or hair oils. We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
Since returns are not accepted, refunds will only be processed in cases of defective or damaged items as outlined above. Once we’ve received and inspected your return (if applicable), we’ll notify you if your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
